Only products in their original condition are eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Tracking information must be provided. The customer is responsible for “return shipping” via UPS or FEDEX and must insure the package(s) for the purchase value of the product(s). Pineville Rug Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If any returned products do not meet our criteria, Pineville Rug Gallery has the right to decline any and all returns and send items back or, at the company’s discretion, deduct a cleaning/repair fee.
Some items may be eligible for exchanges/trade value. Any rug 2K or less, in original condition can be exchanged for a rug of the same price or less, plus a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges allowed for rugs of greater value, and the difference will be invoiced, plus a 15% restocking fee and initial shipping cost. If exchanging a rug, the replacement rug must be selected before returning the original rug. Exchange rugs must be approved by Pineville Rug Gallery as some rugs are on consignment and may not be eligible.
