In-Person Pick-Up Appointments: A $150 (USD) DOWN PAYMENT is required once service(s) are approved. We’ll give you an estimate first!
FREE Pick-Up/Delivery: Available Tuesday and Wednesday (for customers with rugs size 8×10 and up) 10am to 5pm.
Appointment Scheduling: 24-HOUR NOTICE is required.
In-Store Drop Off hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Schedules may vary during Holidays and Summer Hours.
Pineville Rug Gallery is not responsible for damages due to “pet stains,” “odors,” “color runs,” or “fading” after washing. Pineville Rug Gallery is not responsible for rugs left over 30 days.

FREE Pick Up and Delivery is available for customers with rugs 8'x10' or greater in the NC/SC area within a 20 mile radius of the store location. (312 Main Street Pineville NC 28134) A shipping charge may be included for customers outside the usual service zones.
